Privacy
Energy Field is a small editorial site. We collect as little as we can. This notice is written for readers in Australia and follows the spirit of the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, topic and message you type. Those notes are delivered to support@worldwidebacklinks.com. We do not ask for health records and we ask you not to send them.
Standard server and hosting logs may include IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We do not sell mailing lists. We do not run an advertising pixel network on this journal.
How we use it
- To answer a pitch, a correction or a question.
- To keep the site working and to understand which essays are read.
- To meet a legal obligation if one appears.
Cookies and analytics
The public pages do not depend on a marketing cookie wall. If a host or analytics tool sets a strictly necessary cookie, it is for delivery and security, not for building a profile to sell.
How long we keep notes
Correspondence is kept only as long as the conversation needs, then deleted from active inboxes on a regular sweep. You can ask us to delete a message you sent by writing again from the same address.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete a contact note. Write through the contact form or email support@worldwidebacklinks.com. If you are unhappy with our answer, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner is the usual next step.
Editorial pages themselves are public journalism, not a file we hold on a reader. Image licences and credits are listed on the image credits page.
